Software Engineer with experience in all Phases of the
Software Development Life Cycle and team working
My name is Juan Salado, and I was born in Seville, Spain. I am a passionate Software Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Seville. I currently work as a Software Engineer for Ayesa, using technologies such as Java and Spring Boot Framework. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, collaborating effectively within teams.
Designing and deploying software solutions is not just a profession for me, but a genuine passion. I thrive on exploring cutting-edge AI technologies and eagerly seek opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Beyond software development, I find great joy in reading and writing books. My creative nature drives me to constantly explore new ideas and concepts, allowing me to bring a fresh perspective to my work.
I am excited about the prospect of taking on new challenges and contributing my skills and knowledge to meaningful projects. Let's connect and create innovative solutions together.
Ayesa AT (2023 - Nowadays): Java Developer
Working as a full stack developer on projects for public administrations using Java and Spring Boot Framework, together with Oracle.
VidesSur (2023): Django Developer
Working on a cross-functional team developing a management application for NGOs using Python and Django Framework. This experience enhanced my skills in full-stack development, database management, and agile methodologies.
I have great ability to manage my resources and my time. I have never needed to work for hours the night before an assignment to achieve my goals. A heavy workload should not harm our mental health as long as we have a good capacity for self-organization. Organizing my tasks in time, with margins reserved for setbacks, is the key that helps me build projects brick by brick.
I have very good skills to empathize with others. My writer's mind spends hundreds of hours imagining myself in the skin of other people, even if they are imaginary. This helps me always think about what could be behind another person's behavior before reacting against them. The key to good teamwork is communication and empathy.
Meditation and physical exercise help my mind stay clear and focused on what matters. We all have limited energy, and sometimes a focused mind is essential to distinguish what we should focus on that limited energy we have. No focusing our thoughts on past mistakes that can no longer be solved, or worries about threats with exaggeratedly low probabilities of occurring.
I am a very disciplined person, who enjoys receiving a long-term reward for a prolonged effort over time. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing the projects I have worked so hard on progress, or feeling my body improve after countless workouts.
